The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is taking the lead to meet and exceed the objectives of Vision 2035 and support the success of various initiatives identified by the revised Waste Management National Regulatory Framework.
JEleven wishes to contribute to the National effort by introducing International expertise in various disciplines and encouraging foreign investors to JV with local entities and operators striving for technological upgrading and know-how.

We align with the nation's philosophy in support of the SIRC (Saudi Investment Recycling Company)' s mandate which is in line with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) policies and the National Center for Waste Management (MWAN) to Achieve the national target: 82% landfill diversion by 2035 across all waste streams.
